  Synopsis: I am currently deployed over seas and ordered poinsettias for my wife for the Christmas season. After two days she'd still never received them. She called and they told her "they had called but I didn't answer so they had to cancel the order". That was a lie. I gave my WIFE'S phone number on the order in case there were issues and she obviously never received a call. THEN they backed tracked and said I had given the wrong CC number and some lady in Oregon had been charged who is now fighting the charges. As if I could actually go around entering incorrect CC numbers and codes into websites to order things and the bank would accept it. It's absurd! Also..... another lie. They never checked their online order and are now trying to cover it up and blame it on their customer rather than admit their mistake. Oh by the way, wife never got any flowers....

  Bought flowers and chocolates for my mother in New York. I live in Arizona. Was the only florist I knew in the area. Never dropped off the chocolates that my mother was expecting and i was charged for. Told by Pete the owner that they would deliver the next day with a card took down a message for the card. Mother sat and waited for them and never showed up the next day. Finally told a third time that they would refund the payment and how "sorry" they were. When I received the refund for the chocolates it was refunded less than the amount I actually paid. All the mistakes and hassle plus being so so "sorry" for the mistakes that were never correct or made right; on top of all of this I'm shorted for my refund and didn't receive the whole amount back for what I paid for the chocolates even after I emailed the business back no reply just ignored. Just shop on flowers . com or eflowers dont risk the disappointment of lack of care on this owner's part. #helplessinarizona.

  My uncle's funeral was beautiful, except for the flowers. Every single person purchased their arrangements from this company and every single arrangement was dying before the first day was out. We were guaranteed four days and they did not last one.

  Always a pleasant experience shopping here. The store smells wonderful and flowers are always prettier than imagined when ordered. You can't go wrong here!
